• If your QuLives™ cannot be connected and make video calls, please follow the suggestions below:
1. Make sure the firewall setting allows “faceVsion Qulives™” to be able to access the internet.
2. Check if your internet connection requires a proxy address. Qulives™ prior to v2.0 does not support proxy detection and requires your IT manager to enable direct internet access for you.
3. In case you can login to Qulives™ but unable to make video call, please contact your IT manager to open direct TCP port 5222 for you.
